The Department of Engineering of the Third University of Rome is well connected both if you wish to get there by private means and by public transportation. There are in fact two underground stations nearby: San Paolo and Marconi. Around the university area there are also big car parks. Follow these indications and you won’t loose your way! The department of Engineering of the Third University of Rome is in N.79 via della Vasca Navale, post code 00146, in the area Marconi San Paolo. It also has another entrance in N.48 Via Vito Volterra that is easier to reach if you decide to use public transportation.

SUGGESTED ROUTE: UNDERGROUND + WALKING
Travel time: about 10 minuets
We suggest you take the underground and then walk a small distance (900 metres, 10 minutes). Take the B line to Basilica di San Paolo. Exit on the left towards via Ostiense e Basilica di S. Paolo. Walk along via Baldelli (keeping the Basilica on your right) until you reach the crossing with Viale Marconi. Turn left and after walking a few metres you will reach Via Volterra at the traffic light. Walk along via Volterra until you get to N. 48, walk down the iron stairs and you will reach the Department of Engineering!

The department of Engineering is easy to reach by car and once you get there you will find big car parks free of charge.
BY TRAIN
Travel time: from Termini Station 25 minutes maximum
From Termini station, from Tiburtina Station or from Ostiense station: take the Undergorund blue line to Basilica di San Paolo and then follow our suggested route.
From Trastevere Station: take the 766 bus (to MILLEVOI) and get off after six stops. Get off at CALZECCHI then walk 700 metres until you reach N. 79 via della Vasca Navale.
BY AIR
From Leonardo Da Vinci airport you can take a train departing every 15 minutes with destination Orte/Fara Sabina. Get off at Ostiense station and then take the undergound, blu line to Basilica di San Paolo and then follow our suggested route.
Alternatively there is a train to Termini station. Then take the underground, blu line to Basilica San Paolo and ten follow our suggested route.
From Ciampino airport there are busses, shuttles and trains to Termini station.
